Job Title: Packers, Forklift Drivers, Crane Operators, and Welders

Key Responsibilities:

Packers:

• Pack products into boxes or containers, ensuring safe and efficient packaging for transport.
• Inspect products for quality and completeness before packing.
• Label packages with correct shipping and product details.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness in the packing area.
• Assist in inventory control by updating stock levels and identifying discrepancies.
• Follow all safety protocols when handling materials.

Forklift Drivers:

• Operate forklifts to transport goods and materials within the warehouse and loading dock areas.
• Load and unload products from trucks, ensuring proper stacking and securing of items.
• Perform routine checks and maintenance of forklift equipment to ensure proper functionality.
• Safely transport materials to designated storage locations.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the efficient flow of goods.

Crane Operators:

• Operate overhead cranes to move heavy loads, such as raw materials and finished products, within the facility.
• Ensure proper load securing and safe lifting procedures are followed at all times.
• Perform pre-operation safety checks and maintenance on crane equipment.
• Maintain clear communication with ground crews to ensure safe and accurate lifting operations.
• Follow safety standards and guidelines to prevent accidents or injuries.

Welders:

• Perform welding tasks to assemble or repair metal structures, equipment, or products.
• Use various welding techniques, including MIG, TIG, and arc welding, to join metal components.
• Inspect and test welds to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings to determine welding specifications.
• Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and operating safely.
• Follow all safety protocols to minimize risks associated with welding operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

Packers:

• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Physical stamina for lifting and standing for long periods.

Forklift Drivers:

• Valid forklift certification (required).
• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse setting (preferred).
• Strong safety awareness and ability to work in a team environment.
• Good communication skills.

Crane Operators:

• Previous experience operating overhead cranes or similar equipment (preferred).
• Certification in crane operation (required).
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively.

Welders:

• Proven experience in welding (MIG, TIG, Arc, etc.).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and proper use of welding equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
