Job Requirements: Qualifications & Expertise (Must-Have):

Grade 12/Matric Certificate:

  • English (ability to read and write)

  • Physical Science
  • Engineering Graphic Design (EGD will be advantageous)
  • Technical Subject: Welding/Platers Theory will be advantageous

N3 Certificate:

  • English

  • Trade Related Theory (N3) subject (Welding/Platers Theory will be advantageous)

NCV L4 Certificate:

  • English (NCV L4) or First Additional Language (NCV L4)

  • Engineering Science (Engineering Processes L4, Professional Engineering Practice L4, Applied Engineering Technology L4)

2. Eskom: Artisan Learnerships

Eskom invites unemployed youth to apply for Artisan Learnership Programme 2025.

Learnership Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa

Learnership Closing Date: 10 January 2025

This is a 4 year Training Programme where incumbent will be afforded both institutionalised and on job training and will be given an opportunity to attain Trade Test Certificate/ Qualification. Successful Applicants will be required to sign a 4(four) year Internship Contract and will be paid a stipend according to Company Policies and Procedures.

  • Application: Complete the official ARPL application form from the toolkit for the specific trade.
  • Age: Minimum age for ARPL registration is 19 years.
