Position: Waitress/Waiter, Cashier, and Barman
Location: Lanseria Area

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Waitress/Waiter:
- Provide excellent customer service to guests by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a pleasant dining experience.
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure accurate orders and timely service.
- Handle guest complaints professionally and escalate issues to management when necessary.
- Cashier:
- Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Provide customers with receipts and any necessary change.
- Manage cash drawers and reconcile discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean and organized cashier station, ensuring smooth customer transactions.
- Barman:
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Ensure the bar area is stocked, clean, and organized at all times.
- Interact with customers, taking drink orders, and offering recommendations.
- Maintain a safe environment by following all legal and company policies related to alcohol service.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is advantageous, but not required for all positions.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of health and safety procedures in the hospitality industry is a plus.
Waitress/Waiters: Will take orders and serve food and drinks to customers at the dining tables.
Check with clients to make sure they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems.
Communicate with clients to resolve complaints or guarantee satisfaction.
Cashiers: With RETAIL INDUSTRY experience (preference to ex woollies and Checkers )
Barman: Must have barman experience.
Job Requirements:
Matric
Available for shift work on weekends
Good personal presentation skills
To be friendly, polite, and helpful
Flexibility and reliability
Stamina and efficiency
Excellent communication skills
Able to work as part of a team
Rate: R5500 – R6500
