1. Administrator

Role Overview: The Administrator will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the farm, ensuring smooth communication across various departments. You will be responsible for managing records, handling correspondence, scheduling meetings, and assisting with administrative tasks to keep the farm running efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and maintain farm records and documentation.
• Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for farm staff.
• Assist in preparing reports and managing office supplies.
• Handle general inquiries and ensure effective communication.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and general office management.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

2. Crop Production

• Ensure products meet quality and safety standards.
• Operate and maintain processing equipment.

6. Packaging
