We are looking for ambitious and bright young Learners to join our Amathuba Learnership programme. The programme offers learners, the chance to complete the Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification and gain on the job working experience.
Wealth Management NQF Level 4 qualification is accredited and FSP recognised. Being part of our Learnerships opens you to career prospects such as Underwriting, financial investment advisors, insurance brokerage etc.
About the Programme
Learners will be allocated a mentor to assist them in order to excel in their work.
Learners will be exposed to a 12-month workplace and classroom experience.
Students will be required to maintain a logbook during the learnership.
Students will be exposed to various financial products, laws and corporate business ethics.
Students will be involved in fantastic Corporate Social Investment (CSI) projects.
Responsibilities
Collect and conduct preliminary analysis of data gathered by research and interview to assist in diagnosis of underlying problems and issues of clients and individual solution design.
Perform various customer service tasks, including customer cases and questions that are less routine or less normal.
Be a member of a community of practice in a designated area of expertise or consulting to begin building own knowledge.
Provide basic product/service information and respond to basic customer questions about the product/service.
Perform basic data entry tasks, including validation of data.
Collect and generate content, good practices, and case studies in order to gather and share knowledge.
Develop and maintain excellent procedural or technical proficiency through undertaking assessment and development planning activities and formal and informal instruction and mentoring.
Assess against established standards and procedures for routine inquiries.
Follow a standard set of required procedures to ensure that work is performed to the required standards of quality and/or to ensure compliance with external regulatory codes and internal codes of conduct.
Accept and accommodate changes in the workplace when called upon to do so.
Requirements:
Able to participate in the Amathuba Learnership programme in May 2025
South African citizen aged between 18-30 years
Unemployed and not pursuing another qualification at another learning institution.
Have not already been through a wealth management NQF4 learnership programme
Have completed grade 12 or equivalent NQF level 4.
Achieved the following: English (50% and above), an Official second language (50% and above) and Pure maths (50% and above) or Maths literacy (50% and above)
