Necsa Group invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2025.

Learnership Application Location: Eastern Cape, Free State, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and North West

Necsa Group is offering a 24-month Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for students from TVET Colleges in South Africa, aimed at providing hands-on skills and experience for their qualifications. Here’s a breakdown of the important information you’ll need:

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Applicants must be:
    • Unemployed South African citizens.
    • Aged between 18 and 35 years.
    • TVET College students who have completed their N6 qualification.
    • Need to provide a letter confirming completion of theoretical studies and the requirement for practical experience to graduate.

Fields of Study:

  • Electrical
  • Instrumentation
  • Fitter and Turner
  • Mechanical Fitter
  • Boilermaker
  • Welder
  • Plumber
  • Civil Engineering

Reference Numbers (for correct application):

Each field of study has specific reference numbers for various provinces (Eastern Cape, Free State, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and North West).

    • Certified academic record.
    • CV.
    • Qualification.
    • ID copy.
