Necsa Group invites South African unemployed youth to apply for Learnership Programme 2025.

Necsa Group is offering a 24-month Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme for students from TVET Colleges in South Africa, aimed at providing hands-on skills and experience for their qualifications. Here’s a breakdown of the important information you’ll need:
Eligibility Criteria:
- Applicants must be:
- Unemployed South African citizens.
- Aged between 18 and 35 years.
- TVET College students who have completed their N6 qualification.
- Need to provide a letter confirming completion of theoretical studies and the requirement for practical experience to graduate.
Fields of Study:
- Electrical
- Instrumentation
- Fitter and Turner
- Mechanical Fitter
- Boilermaker
- Welder
- Plumber
- Civil Engineering
Reference Numbers (for correct application):
Each field of study has specific reference numbers for various provinces (Eastern Cape, Free State, Kwa-Zulu Natal, Limpopo, Mpumalanga, Northern Cape, and North West).
