Agriculture Sector Education and Training Authority (AgriSETA) invites unemployed youth to apply for a 12-months Learnership Programme designed for individuals interested in acquiring skills and practical experience in primary agriculture.
Requirements:
• South African youth
• Must have NQF Level 2 qualification (grade 10 min)
• Passion for agriculture and mixed farming
• Compliance with NQF requirements: 30% theory and 70% practice
Key Features of the Learnership Program

Skills Development: Participants will receive comprehensive training in essential farming skills, including crop production, livestock management, irrigation techniques, soil health, and pest control. The curriculum also covers important business management skills, such as financial management, marketing, and entrepreneurship, equipping participants with the knowledge needed to manage farms effectively or start their own agricultural businesses.
