Position Overview: Electrical Apprentice

As an Electrical Apprentice at Eskom, you will be working under the mentorship of seasoned professionals, learning on the job, and completing formal training. This apprenticeship program is designed to provide you with comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in electrical systems, installation, and maintenance. Upon completion of the program, you will have the qualifications and expertise to work as a qualified electrician within Eskom or other sectors of the industry.

Eskom is offering opportunities for Electrical Apprentices in South Africa (Western Cape). These positions are part of Eskom’s Artisan Training Programme, specifically within the Electrical Heavy Current discipline. The apprentices will undergo a 3-year training program that includes both institutionalized and on-the-job training, ultimately leading to a Trade Test certificate.

• Grade 12 with:
