Current Job Openings:

1. Cashiers
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
     • Accurately process customer orders and payments, handling cash and card transactions.
     • Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
     • Provide information on menu items, promotions, and special offers to customers.
     • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or complaints promptly and courteously.
   • Requirements:
     • Previous cashier or customer service experience is an advantage.
     • Strong communication and numerical skills.
     • Friendly, approachable, and confident in dealing with customers.
     • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
     • A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
2. Team Members
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Assist in preparing and serving food orders quickly and efficiently.
     • Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
     • Work in various areas of the restaurant, including kitchen, serving counter, and delivery.
     • Maintain a clean and tidy environment both in the front and back of the house.
     • Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations.
   • Requirements:
     • No prior experience required; training will be provided.
     • Ability to work in a team and stay organized in a busy environment.
     • A positive, energetic attitude with a willingness to learn.
     • Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions.
     • Ability to handle physically demanding work, including standing for long periods.
3. Front & Back of House Staff
   • Key Responsibilities:
     • Front of House: Provide exceptional customer service, assist with order-taking, food delivery, and maintain cleanliness in dining areas.
     • Back of House: Assist in food preparation, cooking, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met. Clean kitchen equipment and utensils, and maintain a tidy work environment.
     • Ensure food is prepared according to company standards, and ensure timely service.
     • Support team members and management in day-to-day operations.
   • Requirements:
     • Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not required.
     • For front-of-house positions, a friendly and outgoing personality is key.
     • For back-of-house positions, a focus on cleanliness and efficiency is essential.
     • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
     • A positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and strong work ethic.
