Position Overview: Learnership Opportunities

ACOE’s learnership programs in the Northern Cape are designed to offer young South Africans the chance to gain practical work experience while completing formal training. These learnerships are available in various sectors, providing a broad range of opportunities for those who are eager to learn and grow. As a learner, you will be part of a structured program that combines theoretical knowledge with practical application, ensuring you are fully prepared to enter the workforce with the right skill set.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a comprehensive training program that combines classroom learning and practical, on-the-job experience.
  • Complete assigned tasks and projects within the specified timeframe, demonstrating your ability to apply learned skills.
  • Work alongside experienced professionals and mentors, gaining insight into industry best practices.
  • Develop both technical and soft skills, including communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Requirements:
• Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35.
• A minimum educational qualification of Grade 12 is required.
• Candidates must be South African citizens.
• Residence in the above mentioned areas is mandatory Proof of residence must be submitted).
• Applicants should not currently be receiving any funding (e.g., NSFAS, NSF, other SETAs, Funza Lushaka). A SAPS affidavit must be submitted for verification.
