1. Electrical Learnership: The Electrical Learnership focuses on developing skills in electrical systems, circuitry, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation. Successful candidates will gain in-depth knowledge in both the theoretical and practical aspects of electrical engineering, including working with various electrical tools and systems in real-world industrial settings.Key Responsibilities:
   • Assist with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and components.
   • Conduct routine inspections to ensure equipment functionality.
   • Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed.
   • Follow safety protocols and procedures when working with electrical equipment.

   Requirements:

   • A strong interest in electrical engineering.
   • A minimum of a Grade 12 (Matric) certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science.
   • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
2. Millwright Learnership: The Millwright Learnership provides a well-rounded training experience in mechanical and electrical systems, focusing on the installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery in industrial environments. Learners will work on diverse equipment and gain valuable experience troubleshooting and maintaining complex mechanical systems.Key Responsibilities:
   • Assemble, install, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment.
