Job Title: Various Positions Available at Boxer DC Wilsonia Warehouse

Location: Boxer Distribution Center, Wilsonia

Boxer is looking to expand our workforce with multiple exciting vacancies at our Wilsonia Warehouse. We are hiring for various roles within our dynamic team to support the smooth running of our distribution operations. These positions offer the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of a leading retailer.

We are currently seeking candidates for the following positions:

• Pickers x12
• General Assistants x3
• Forklift Drivers x5
• Combiners x16

Available Positions and Key Responsibilities:

Pickers (x12)

As a Picker, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently picking products from shelves to fulfill orders for dispatch.

Key Responsibilities:

• Retrieve products from designated warehouse locations according to order specifications.
• Ensure the accurate picking of items while minimizing errors and damages.
• Pack items safely and securely for shipping.
• Follow proper inventory procedures and maintain accurate records of picked goods.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to improve efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience in warehouse picking (preferred but not essential).

General Assistants (x3)

General Assistants are responsible for supporting warehouse operations by performing a range of tasks including cleaning, inventory checks, and assisting with product movement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the general maintenance and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Move and arrange products around the warehouse.
• Perform basic stock checks and assist with inventory management.
• Support the warehouse team in various tasks as required.
• Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to at all times.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks.
• Willingness to assist in various areas of the warehouse.
• Previous warehouse experience is a bonus but not required.

Forklift Drivers (x5)

Forklift Drivers play a vital role in the safe and efficient handling of materials in the warehouse. They are responsible for operating forklifts to move, stack, and organize products within the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to move and store materials safely.
• Load and unload goods from trucks and transport them to appropriate storage areas.
• Ensure proper stacking and storage of products to maximize space.
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklifts and report any issues.
• Adhere to safety protocols and warehouse policies to prevent accidents.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid forklift certification and experience operating a forklift.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong focus on safety and operational standards.
• Previous experience in a warehouse setting preferred.

Combiners (x16)

Combiners are responsible for combining products into completed orders, preparing them for shipment, and ensuring the accuracy of shipments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Combine items from various locations within the warehouse to fulfill orders.
• Ensure that all orders are packaged according to specifications and are ready for dispatch.
• Maintain accurate records of combined products and shipments.
• Work with team members to meet daily production and shipping targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
• Teamwork and communication skills are essential.
