Key Responsibilities:

• Maintenance Support: Assist mechanical artisans in conducting routine maintenance and repairs on mechanical systems, machinery, and equipment used across Senwes properties.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics: Aid in diagnosing mechanical failures and perform basic troubleshooting to identify issues with equipment, machinery, and systems.
• Installation and Repairs: Help with the installation of new mechanical equipment and the repair of damaged or outdated systems to ensure the properties remain in good working order.
• Preventative Maintenance: Assist in preventive maintenance procedures to avoid unnecessary downtime and reduce long-term repair costs.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety regulations, guidelines, and best practices while carrying out maintenance tasks to maintain a safe working environment.
• Equipment Inventory & Parts: Support the management of mechanical equipment, tools, and parts inventory, ensuring that necessary resources are available for ongoing repairs and maintenance.
• Documentation: Keep accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and any issues encountered during tasks to help maintain an organized maintenance system.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with senior mechanical artisans and other maintenance team members to ensure that repairs and installations are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Training & Development: Participate in any on-the-job training and development programs to enhance skills and stay updated with new mechanical technologies.
