Purpose of the Job:
The Learner: Administration will join Sasol’s 12-month learnership programme, aimed at providing people living with disabilities an opportunity to gain theoretical knowledge and practical work experience in administrative functions. The role will involve supporting managers and departments in various administrative tasks, developing skills that will improve workplace performance and contribute to professional readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Theoretical Training: Engage in an NQF-aligned learnership programme covering subjects such as:
- Entrepreneurship
- Business Operations
- Customer Service
- Business Accounting
- Maths Literacy
- Communication Skills
- Computer Skills
- Practical Experience: Provide administrative support to various teams to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness, while gaining hands-on experience.
- Workplace Readiness: The learnership will focus on equipping learners with foundational skills in literacy, numeracy, communication, business principles, and computer usage, preparing them for the workplace.
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric/Grade 12 is essential.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (in any field) would be advantageous.
- This programme is specifically open to people living with disabilities who are seeking to enter the workforce and develop essential professional skills.
