Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Tea Lady/Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing tea/coffee services, maintaining cleanliness in office spaces, and ensuring that the environment is tidy and welcoming for staff and visitors. This is a vital role that requires attention to detail, a friendly attitude, and a commitment to cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Tea and Beverage Services:
   • Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and other beverages for staff and visitors.
   • Ensure the regular availability of supplies such as tea bags, coffee, milk, sugar, and cups.
   • Maintain a clean and well-stocked beverage station.
   • Ensure beverages are served promptly and according to preferences.
2. Cleaning and Maintenance:
   • Maintain cleanliness in designated areas, including kitchens, restrooms, and office spaces.
   • Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors, ensuring that all surfaces are spotless.
   • Empty bins and ensure waste disposal is carried out appropriately.
   • Replenish cleaning supplies as necessary and maintain an organized supply area.
3. Stock Management:
   • Monitor the stock of cleaning products, kitchen supplies, and beverages.
   • Ensure inventory is well-stocked and report any shortages or needs to the appropriate person.
4. General Office Assistance:
   • Assist with setting up meeting rooms, including arranging seating and preparing refreshments.
   • Help with other office tasks as required, such as light errands or organizing spaces.
5. Health & Safety:
   • Follow all health and safety regulations regarding the handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
   • Ensure all equipment is properly cleaned and maintained.
