About the Learnership Program:
An Artisan Learnership is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to develop their technical skills and gain hands-on experience in a trade. The program is designed to equip learners with the necessary theoretical knowledge and practical experience to become skilled artisans in various industries such as engineering, construction, electrical, and mechanical fields. As an apprentice, you will receive mentorship, training, and exposure to real-world scenarios, making this learnership a stepping stone toward a fulfilling career in the trades.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured on-the-job training under the supervision of qualified artisans.
- Gain practical experience in your chosen trade, learning skills relevant to the industry.
- Adhere to health and safety standards, ensuring safe working practices at all times.
- Assist in the maintenance, repair, and installation of machinery, equipment, or infrastructure.
- Complete all theoretical and practical assessments as required by the learnership.
- Work collaboratively with a team of skilled professionals, learning from their expertise.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow through continuous development and training

Minimum Requirements:
• N2 with a pass in all 4 Subjects or
• NCV Level 2-4 or Grade 9
Mathematics & Physical Science
(With 50% pass)
• Grade 9 with 50% pass in Relevant technical subjects.
• Applicants must be 18 or older
