Position: Full-Time ECD Teacher & ECD Teacher Assistant

We holistically train and develop young learners by improving the quality of basic education and lay a solid foundation in the early / formative years.
We are now looking for a born-again, compassionate and skilled ECD Teachers / ECD TeacherAssistants to join our team and help shape the lives of the children in our care.
Key Responsibilities:
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, and creativity according to NCF.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and caring environment for children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress, sharing updates with parents and caregivers.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times, adhering to all childcare policies and regulations.
• Collaborate with other staff members to create a team-oriented and supportive workplace.
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing feedback and updates on their child’s development and daily activities.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to stay informed about the latest practices in early childhood education.
• Qualifications:
• Proven experience working with young children (0-4 years old), preferably in a ECD setting.
• A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent. Minimum –
Level 4 and related training for ECD Teacher Assistant.
• A genuine passion for Early Childhood Development and care.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with children and parents effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Clear criminal check (vetting)
Desirable:
• First Aid and Child Protection and Safety training.
• Knowledge of NCF.
