Job Title: Storeroom Assistant

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Storeroom Assistant to manage the daily operations of the storeroom and ensure proper inventory control. The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and tracking supplies and materials, as well as assisting with the maintenance of the storeroom’s cleanliness and order.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, inspect, and store incoming goods and materials according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using manual logs or inventory management systems.
• Label, organize, and track items to ensure efficient access and stock rotation.
• Assist with inventory audits and replenishment orders to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel based on requests and inventory levels.
• Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the storeroom, ensuring that all items are stored properly and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist with the preparation and packaging of goods for distribution when necessary.
• Communicate with vendors and suppliers to resolve any inventory or supply issues.
• Ensure proper labeling and documentation of items as required by company policies.

Requirements:

Previous experience in inventory or warehouse management preferred, Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.l, Ability to lift and carry heavy items as needed, Must speak English fluently, be over 25 years old, have a valid PDP driver’s licence (and have more than 3 years driving experience), be fit & able to unload and pack stock.
