Position: Admin Assistant
Location: Boksburg
The contract is for 3 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.
Job Requirements
At least 2 years experience in admin position
Excellent skills in outlook, excel and word
No qualifications required
Experience in a logistics field will be advantageous
Ability to work without supervision and think out of the box on ways to improve filing systems
You will need to be able to work successfully with a team as your job duties fall within all departments
Job Duties
Capturing of all loads, PODs, GRVs and PO numbers as well as contacting clients for outstanding PO Numbers. Sorting of diesel and toll slips. Capturing of all invoices and making sure they are handed to finance to be processed. Filing of all operations paperwork such as truck and trailer checklists, invoices, registers, etc. Creating tracking reports for customers and emailing them daily. Capturing of all tyre replacements and punctures.
Diesel consumptions for trucks.
