Sulzer Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) is inviting students from South Africa to apply for the Scholarship for the 2025 academic year.

The Sulzer Women in Science and Engineering (WISE) Scholarship offers a great opportunity for Black female students pursuing studies in Science, Engineering, or related fields at accredited South African institutions. The scholarship aims to support the development of future leaders, promoting diversity and inclusion while fostering a more innovative and equitable future.
- Practical experience through job shadowing and on-the-job learning opportunities.
Eligibility Criteria:
To apply, you must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizen
- Black female
- From a disadvantaged background
- Completed Matric (Grade 12)
- Currently studying or planning to study towards a qualification in Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Enrolled at a recognized and accredited tertiary institution in South Africa
Application Process:
- Download and complete the Sulzer Scholarship Application Form for 2025.
- Include the following supporting documents:
- Certified copy of your ID document
- ID-sized photograph
- Matric certificate
- Most recent academic results (on institution letterhead)
- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- A self-report including information about your family, studies, hobbies, academic interests, and career goals
- Reference letter with the referee’s name, profession, contact number, and signature
